Bob persuades Roger to pretend to be Edith's carer so that he can claim the allowance but when he hears that a council inspector is to visit Roger gets Mrs Gale to pose as his invalid mother. Unfortunately for him Sandra finds out and. with help from Phil, sets out to convince the assessor that Roger is mad.
