Alex and Harper are surprised to discover that Mr. Laritate lives in their apartment building. After Mr. Laritate stumbles upon the secret 13th floor, he is bitten by Alex and Harper's zombie neighbor and is transformed into a zombie. Meanwhile, Felix, the keeper of the most powerful wizard wand, joins Justin and Professor Crumbs to investigate an apartment on the 13th floor where his wand was stolen.
Ghost Roommate
Alex and Harper take in a ghost roommate named Lucy to help pay the rent.

Alex and Harper move into an apartment building with a secret floor.
My Two Harpers
Since Alex broke up with Mason, she has been a constant third wheel to Harper and Zeke, until they gently hint their preference to spend more time together without her. Not wanting to spend time alone, Alex uses magic to create a Harper clone to hang out with. Meanwhile, Max comes up with an idea to open a Waverly Sub Station in the wizard world.
Alex the Puppetmaster
Now that Alex and Harper have graduated high school, they decide to get their own apartment until they realize they can't afford the rent. In an effort to raise money for rent, Alex and Harper enlist the help of Justin and Zeke and put on a puppet show for neighborhood kids.
Justin's Back In
Alex attempts to help Justin prepare his students for the big "Wizard's Knowledge Test", yet they all fall short of expectation when she pushes them to take the exam early, barring Justin from the family Wizard competition. Meanwhile, Theresa and Jerry enlist the help of Harper to create a childhood memory scrapbook for Max.
Wizards vs. Asteroid
After reports there is an asteroid heading toward Earth, the Russo's plan to escape through the Wizard portal to safety. When the time comes to leave, Alex, Justin and Max choose to stay behind and use their magic to blast into space and try to save the world from the asteroid. Meanwhile, Alex has to keep her parents from finding out she may not be graduating high school.
Misfortune at the Beach
Alex, Justin and Max ignore their father's warning and decide to get their fortunes from a machine on the beach, even though the fortunes actually come true for Wizards. The trio is shocked when Alex's fortune tells her to say goodbye to her life. In order to reverse the misfortune, Zelzar the fortune teller convinces Alex to let him out to spend a day at the beach.
Wizard of the Year
Alex is surprisingly made Wizard of the Year. But, Reports make it seem like she is dating Chase which makes Mason jealous. Meanwhile, Family member are asked to make a holographic video telling how proud of Alex they are and Justin instead complains and says why he should have gotten the award.
Beast Tamer
Alex feels like Mason is neglecting her. Meanwhile, the Russo children go to the Beast Bowl and meet Chase who just so happens to have a crush on Alex.
Meet the Werewolves
Alex wants to meet Mason's parents, so Mason shows her fake ones. Alex finds out, so Mason takes her to the annual werewolf Autumn Moon Festival. Meanwhile, Max makes his parent's food taste like kid food, but as a result they start acting like kids.
Magic Unmasked
Alex encourages retired wrestler Muy Macho, her childhood hero, to return to the ring. Meanwhile, Zeke makes plans to wrestle Macho by persuading Justin to use his magic to turn him into a contender
Zeke Finds Out
On a shocking new Wizards Alex helps Zeke when he tries his hand at magic and is really bad. But, When Zeke thinks he is a wizard, Harper tells Alex she needs to help him the truth or she will do it her self.
Back to Max
Alex and Justin need to figure out how to turn Max back to normal before Professor Crumbs finds out what they did. Unfortunately one of their attempts turns the Prof. into a young boy.
Wizards vs. Angels
Justin becomes a dark angel thanks to Rosie and Alex has to figure how to get him back with the help of a guardian angel in training.
Dancing with Angels
Alex tricks Rosie into letting her and Harper come with them on her and Justin's date to Club Angel. Meanwhile Maxine gets entered in a beauty pageant much to her chagrin.
Everything's Rosie for Justin
Justin gets a new student who is absolutely horrible at magic at the same time that his class is given a chance to get back into Wiztech.
Daddy's Little Girls
Alex's parents are positively gaga over "Maxine" and pay little to no attention to her now they have a new daughter.
Three Maxes and a Little Lady
Max joins a snobby wizard club who get him to change the date of the wizard competition to the following Monday. Both Alex and Justin disguise themselves as Max to try to get it changed back and Max catches them.
Journey to the Center of Mason
Dream, Alex's old boyfriend returns. His presence causes Mason to get really jealous and he somehow accidentally eats Dean. Alex, Justin, and Max have to travel inside Mason to rescue Dean before he's digested.
Lucky Charmed
Harper Tries to teach Alex that she doesn't need magic to get thru life After Alex crashed Mr. Laritate's car. Alex tries to help Harper get her drivers license.
Alex Gives Up
Feeling she has no hope to advance in the competition Alex just quits. But it turns out that mortals and werewolves can't date because the werewolf always eats the human so they ha e to break up. Meanwhile Max is voted most elegible wizard and cat he's the eye of a young Cucuy, a Spanish monster.
Alex Tells the World
After the government has taken all the wizards away, Alex decides to reveal wizards to the world. The rest of the wizarding world doesn't exactly take well to it.
