Californication (2007)
Hank Moody may be a talented author, despite his gift of the gab, especially for live seducing, his private life is a mess. Repeated attempts to have a stable relationship with Karen, also for the sake of their daughter Becca, fail because of their extreme libertarian infidelity. Hank\'s sexual appetite also infects talent agent Charlie Runkle, who indulges in all kinds of naughtiness too. More \'victims of hormones\' contribute to the lustily lust-loaded plot.

Julia interrupts Hank and Karen's dinner plans. Charlie, Marcy, Krull, Levon and his new friend have a dramatic night. Stu assaults Charlie.
Faith, Hope, Love
Hank flashes back to his turbulent times with Karen and a confused young Becca - and their days with a happier Charlie and Marcy. A run-in with a nun, however, helps him to put things into perspective.

Rick throws a party, while at the party, Stu makes Charlie an offer, Julia finds out about what Hank did, and problems arise between Charlie and Goldie.
Getting The Poison Out
Charlie feels like he's in over his head when he takes on a new client. Levon enjoys some time with Nikki. Karen, Hank and Marcy find themselves forced to spend time with Nikki's friend.

Levon hopes for some alone time with Melanie but three's a crowd with The Director in the way. Money troubles add to Charlie and Marcy's marital unrest, but new client Goldie may put Charlie back in the black. Hank, Levon and Julia celebrate Julia's new role.
