Communicating telepathically with Professor Xavier in the future, Wolverine learns that Africa is about to be wiped out - by Storm. The X-Men rush to Africa to find their friend, but the trouble has already begun. Possessed by a psychic entity known as The Shadow King, Storm now thinks her homeland is burning, and is using the full scope of her powers to douse the flames. Wolverine and the X-Men must act quickly if they're to prevent the destruction of an entire continent. To stop Storm without hurting her, Wolverine will need to find a way to free her mind from Shadow King's clutches.
