A 23-weeks-pregnant Amy takes the stage in Chicago to film her special (and hopefully not throw up in front of a fully packed house). After her deeply intimate set is finally captured on film, she and Chris can shift their focus to parenthood, but their excitement quickly turns to anxiety when they learn of another possible complication. At long last, Amy gives birth to her new son, Gene.
After checking into the ER, Amy receives a diagnosis that gives her more insight into her hellish pregnancy, but also requires her to reschedule the taping of her special.
