During his weeklong stay, he will try to survive on the equivalent of welfare assistance. Driving by taxi only 30 minutes from where he lives, Usner will seek out deserving people and organizations that are making a real difference in the community - including a one-of-a-kind organization that helps children with disabilities, a charity giving food and other essentials to seniors and an advocacy group improving lives of at-risk youth through boxing - and will ultimately surprise these heroes with donations of hundreds of thousands of dollars from his own bank account.
